Five Thuringian universities invite the TYPO3 community to Erfurt for exchange on TYPO3, digital strategies and successful web projects.
In 2026, five universities in Thuringia will join forces for the first time to host the TYPO3 University Days. The event brings together people who manage, develop and shape university websites and digital platforms – from editors and developers to web and digital strategy professionals.
The focus will be on current TYPO3 developments, practical experiences from everyday university work and the exchange of ideas around shared challenges. Topics include TYPO3 v14, relaunch projects, multi-site installations, accessibility, governance, editorial workflows, long-term maintainability and system architecture.
The TYPO3 University Days are about more than presentations and workshops. They provide an opportunity to connect with colleagues from other universities, exchange experiences and learn from each other. Many institutions face similar challenges – but often find very different solutions. That is what makes the event particularly valuable.
